John Terry was publicly humiliated yesterday when Wayne Bridge carried out his promise to snub the disgraced former England captain. Bridge, enraged by Terry's affair with his ex-girlfriend, refused to shake his hand as Chelsea lined up against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.
